Additional Information & Policies – Classic Lash Extension Course + Coaching Bundle

Access: Students will receive login information for the online course within 24–48 hours of purchase.
Course Completion: The online course must be fully completed before in-person coaching hours can be scheduled.
Scheduling Coaching Hours: Once the course is complete, a trainer will contact the student to arrange their 4 hours of in-person coaching. Coaching hours must be scheduled and redeemed within 6 months of purchase.
Student Responsibility: Students must provide models for their in-person coaching session(s).
No Kit Included: The online course does not include a professional kit. A list of recommended products and tools will be provided.
Certification: A certificate of training will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

All online courses and bundles are non-refundable due to instant access to digital materials.
Coaching hours are reserved in advance. If a student needs to reschedule, at least 2 weeks’ notice is required.
Reschedules made with less than 2 weeks’ notice will incur a $100 rescheduling fee.
Coaching hours not redeemed within 6 months of purchase will expire and are forfeited.
